Purpose and legal basis for processing

The provided data will be processed in order to respond to your inquiries, including for the purpose of preparing an offer, based on the request to take action by the data subject prior to the conclusion of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

Scope of data

We process only data voluntarily provided in contact forms: first and last name, email address, phone number, company name, tax identification number (NIP), and message content.

Data retention period

Data will be stored for the period necessary to fulfill the processing purpose, and then for the limitation period for claims under applicable law.

Rights of the data subject

You have the right to:

• access your personal data
• rectification of your data
• erasure or restriction of processing under the conditions specified in Art. 18 GDPR
• data portability to another controller
• objection to processing
• lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority, the President of the Personal Data Protection Office

Additional information

Providing data is voluntary but necessary to achieve the stated purposes. Data will not be transferred to third countries or international organizations. Data will not be processed in an automated manner, including profiling.
